APEX is a 24/7 strength, conditioning, and recovery gym at 18 Smith Street, Collingwood. We opened in 2019 with a simple idea: serious training facilities, real coaching on the floor, and no lock-in contracts to sign you up to. Eight squat racks, calibrated plates, thirty spin bikes, and a blacked-out studio sit under one roof, and the door is open every hour of every day.
More than 2,000 members train here, from first-timers walking in for a free week to powerlifters chasing competition totals. Four coaches work the floor daily, programming over fifty classes a week and running form checks for anyone who asks. Whether you want a 5:30 am bootcamp, a quiet midnight lift, or a Saturday recovery session, you train on your own schedule with people who actually know your name.
Memberships start at $29 a week on a committed plan and $35 casual with no lock-in, and your first week is free with no obligation to sign anything. Walk in during staffed hours, between 5 am and 9 pm any day of the week, and a coach will show you the floor, set up your key fob, and have you training in about ten minutes. No sales pitch, no joining fee, no pressure.
