How does billing work?
Monthly plans bill on the same date each month. Annual plans save 20%. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at the start of your next cycle.
Is there a free trial?
14 days on any plan, full access, no credit card required. If you don't upgrade, your account pauses and your data stays for 30 days.
How do I cancel?
Settings, billing, cancel. Two clicks. Your data exports as CSV or connects to BigQuery before you leave. We delete it from our systems within 30 days.
Who owns my data?
You do. Always. We process it, we don't own it. On cancellation you get a full export. Full details in our Data Processing Agreement.
