The cafe is one room. Concrete benches, exposed brick, two communal tables, four bar stools at the window. The Probat UG-15 lives in the back corner — if you come in on a Monday or Thursday morning you'll smell it before you taste anything.
No music after 11. No pastel furniture. No QR code menus. Just a counter, a grinder, and people who care a lot about getting one thing right.
