Four ways in,
all fixed price.
Every engagement here is quoted fixed before it starts — never hourly, never a number that grows once we're inside the project. Most sites don't need a full rebuild; the Fix Sprint below is where most engagements actually start.

The Fix Sprint
$1,500–$3,500 AUDFixed price · One to two weeksFor a site that's mostly there but leaking business through a handful of specific defects — a slow load, a layout that breaks on mobile, a booking or contact form that quietly fails, stale content, a Core Web Vitals problem. The free audit tells us exactly what's wrong; we send a fixed price within 48 hours of it, ship changes to a staging URL as we go, then push live.
Starts with the free audit — that's how the scope and the price get fixed before we touch anything.

The Blueprint
$495 AUDFixed price · Three business daysA paid diagnostic, not a sales call. Useful when you're not sure whether your site needs a fix or a rebuild — or you just want the honest version before spending anything larger. We hand back what's wrong, what it's costing you, and what we'd build and why. If a build starts within 60 days of it, the fee comes straight off the invoice.
The only rung with a price that's later refunded — into the next one, if you go there.
- 03
Custom build & redesign
From $8,000 AUDFixed price · Hand-codedA site built from an empty file for what your business actually does — new build or full rebuild, same floor either way, because the work is the same: strategy, design, and a bespoke build, properly resourced. Scoped to the complexity of what you need, quoted fixed after a short call.
The floor doesn't move. What scopes up or down is the size of the project above it.

The Care Plan
$229 AUDFlat · Monthly · Cancel any timeAftercare on builds we ship — hosting, small content updates, uptime and email-health monitoring, and a monthly change window so the site doesn't quietly go stale. Offered with every build we complete; it's optional, and it's priced the same for everyone.
Only available alongside a Pryce build — raised at proposal stage, never sold on its own.
An honest read, before you pick.
If your site is broadly fine but something concrete is costing you visitors — it's slow, it breaks on a phone, the booking form doesn't actually book — that's the Fix Sprint. Run the audit first; it tells us exactly what to quote.
If you're not sure what's wrong, or you're weighing a fix against starting over, the Blueprint gets you a written answer before you commit to either — and the fee isn't wasted if a build follows.
If there's no site yet, or the one you have is structurally against you — the platform, the design, the whole shape of it — that's a custom build. Patching something that needs replacing just delays the real decision.
The Care Plan only comes up once one of the above has shipped — it's the maintenance option we offer with every build, not a separate product to weigh against the others.
Before you pick a rung.

Not sure yet? Run the free audit.
It's free, it takes about thirty seconds, and it tells us which rung actually fits — before either of us commits to anything.
