Who we are
Pryce Digital is a web design studio based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. You can reach us at studio@prycedigital.com. This privacy policy covers the prycedigital.com website and the services we offer through it.
What information we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you give us — your name, business name, email, phone number, project type and project details. That's it. We don't run third-party tracking pixels, advertising networks or behavioural profiling on this site.
What we do with it
We read your enquiry, prepare your free site audit, and email you back. We don't sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone. We don't add you to marketing lists without your consent. We don't use your contact details for anything other than talking to you about your project.
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal analytics to understand how people find our website and what pages they read. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting anything on this site — we don't gate content behind them.
How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions are kept in our email as long as the conversation is active, then archived. If you ask us to delete your information entirely, email studio@prycedigital.com and we'll remove it within 7 days.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Email studio@prycedigital.com with any request and we'll respond within 7 working days.
Security
The site runs on Vercel with TLS enforced end-to-end. Contact form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and delivered to our studio inbox. We don't store passwords, payment details or sensitive data on this site.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the 'last updated' date below. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for 30 days. For anything ambiguous, email us.
